3. Defect Resolution: In the event of any defects or non-compliance with the specified quality standards, the responsibility for resolution lies with the supplier. Marf Consulting will assist in facilitating communication and coordination between the supplier and the buyer to find a satisfactory resolution.

4. Limited Liability: Marf Consulting’s liability is limited to the extent of its role as a communication facilitator. We are not liable for any defects, damages, or losses arising from the supplied batteries. Our responsibility is limited to coordinating discussions between the parties involved.

5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Marf Consulting ensures that the supply of batteries and battery materials complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. We collaborate with suppliers to verify compliance and adherence to quality standards.
